That's all I have. It's pretty close because when they were on "Jay Leno"
that's what it looked like.

Precious Decleration by Collective Soul
tabbed by Michael Brooks
I tabbed this song out after recording Collective Soul
on Jay Leno,and with the help of slow motion on my VCR and
a little patience.
Well here it is as best as I could do, I hope it works.
first tune down half a step (Eb Ab Db Gb Bb eb)
Legend
G C D A B !=Bend full
eb-3--0--5--5--7-- h=hammer
Bb-0--1--5--5--7-- p=pull
Gb-0--0--5--6--8-- (?)=harmonics
Db-0--2--5--7--9-- /-slide up
Ab-2--3--3--7--9-- \slide down
Eb-3--------5--7-- ~=vibrate
Intro (riff 1) only on E and A strings.
Ab-----------5p0-0-------------------|
Eb---0--6h7--------3-0--0-0--(3)-(3)-|repeat 4x
The verse (Hitch a ride...) is just a G chord
strum and let off palm mute slightly throughout.
Pre chorus alternate between G and C chords.
The Pre chorus lead is played using an Ebow which
increases the sustain of the string, however with the
right kind of distortion, you can get away with it.
It is all played on the Gb string.
~~~~~~~ 3x
Gb--0--2/4------4\2\-:|--/9\7--/9\7\4| repeat full riff 2x
The chorus (Precious Decleration...) is the same as pre
chorus (G and C chords) but ends with a sudden D strummed
three times.
The lead line over the chorus I can't quite figure out
as far as I can tell it is on the Db, Gb, and Bb strings.
Somwhere between the 12 and 14 frets. If you figure this
out E-mail me. If I do figure it out, I'll get it posted.
The Bridge (Once I jumped...) is a Barre chord A and
a barre chord B muted. Ending with the same D as above.
The solo (from Jay Leno) is also on the Gb string.
This musical interpretation has been removed due to a legal threat from Moses & Singer LLP,
representing the National Music Publishers' Association (NMPA) and
The Music Publisher's Association of the United States (MPA).
Unfortunately, these threats are fueled by greed and being masked by a "copyright infringement." They claim tab sites are
"hurting the songwriters," but it's a known fact that the publishing companies garner most of the
revenue. Instead, they would prefer you to purchase the
official COLLECTIVE SOUL tablature
which is an option we've always given our users. And due to the highly error-prone nature of tabs on the internet, many choose to go this route.
These companies also do not realize that tablature sites help to promote their artists.
For more information on this onslaught, you can read the
NY Times Article.
We hope one of the larger tablature sites will have the money to fight this. Until then, we urge you all to keep tabbing songs and sharing them in any way you can.
