{title:Fall At Your Feet}
{subtitle:N. Finn}
From the album: Woodface
Marck got the chords right , but I think the intro is wrong.
This is how I tabbed it:
---------------------------|---------------------------|
---------------------------|---------------------------|
---------------------------|---------------------------|
-----------6--4----6-6-----|-4---2----2--4-----2/6-----|
---4-----------------------|--------4------------------|
---------------------------|---------------------------|
(/ is for a slide)
the intro is repeated usually 2 or 4 times then the final note
of it becomes the C#m that starts the verse. It actually blends
in quite nicely, listen to one of Neil's recent concerts and
you'll know what I mean.
Also , In my opinion you have to tune down more than half a step,
more like a step and a half or two to play.
chords:
{comment:To match recording, tune guitar down
a half-step (all strings)}
This is how the verses go:
... ton[C#m]ight [E]
... [D#m]moving .... [G#]her
[C#m] [E]
... be[D#m]ginning to [G#].....
... Let it [C#m]go [E]
... [A]
The chorus:
E B C#m A (x3)
At the end there is sort of a bridge (finger of blame...etc.)
the chords of it are same as the chorus.
This musical interpretation has been removed due to a legal threat from Moses & Singer LLP,
representing the National Music Publishers' Association (NMPA) and
The Music Publisher's Association of the United States (MPA).
Unfortunately, these threats are fueled by greed and being masked by a "copyright infringement." They claim tab sites are
"hurting the songwriters," but it's a known fact that the publishing companies garner most of the
revenue. Instead, they would prefer you to purchase the
official CROWDED HOUSE tablature
which is an option we've always given our users. And due to the highly error-prone nature of tabs on the internet, many choose to go this route.
These companies also do not realize that tablature sites help to promote their artists.
For more information on this onslaught, you can read the
NY Times Article.
We hope one of the larger tablature sites will have the money to fight this. Until then, we urge you all to keep tabbing songs and sharing them in any way you can.
