This song is awesome. It's based largely on the D
blues scale (D F G Ab A C D) and is really not that
hard to play.
Anyway, here it is.
Tuning: Dropped-D down a step
low to high: C G C F A D
Intro:
C --------------X-X-X-X
G --12-10-12-10-X-X-X-X-10-12-
C 9-------------X-X-X-X-------
C --------------X-X-X-X
G --12-10-12-10-X-X-X-X-10-
C 9-------------X-X-X-X-12-
X means to fret-hand mute. You don't have to hit all 3
strings, just make sure you get that scraping sound
after that little riff:
C 2-2-2---2-2-2-5-7-2-2-2---2-2-2-5-
G 2-2-2---2-2-2-5-7-2-2-2---2-2-2-5-
C ----------------------------------
F ------3-----------------3---------
C 2-------0-0-
G 2-------0-0-
Now, this last riff was the hardest to figure out. If
you've read the "I Luciferi" tab you know this already
but if this is wrong (I'm doing it from memory and I
don't have my guitar handy) email me with corrections
or just tell me it's wrong. I'll fix it.
C 2---------------------
G 2---------------7-5-7-
C --9-8-5-7-5-7-5-----9-
C ---------------------
G ---------------7-5-7-
C -9-8-5-7-5-7-5-----9-
Anyway, that should be it. Questions, comments,
suggestions, etc. just email me.
Peace out
-Jaymz
This musical interpretation has been removed due to a legal threat from Moses & Singer LLP,
representing the National Music Publishers' Association (NMPA) and
The Music Publisher's Association of the United States (MPA).
Unfortunately, these threats are fueled by greed and being masked by a "copyright infringement." They claim tab sites are
"hurting the songwriters," but it's a known fact that the publishing companies garner most of the
revenue. Instead, they would prefer you to purchase the
official DANZIG tablature
which is an option we've always given our users. And due to the highly error-prone nature of tabs on the internet, many choose to go this route.
These companies also do not realize that tablature sites help to promote their artists.
For more information on this onslaught, you can read the
NY Times Article.
We hope one of the larger tablature sites will have the money to fight this. Until then, we urge you all to keep tabbing songs and sharing them in any way you can.
