You can strum this anyway you want to but I usually strum it like this.
If it's confusing to you than make up your own strum. The low note is either A, B, E, or D (in that order) and the higher two notes are from a G chord

I'm coming slow but speeding
Do you wish for a dance and while I'm in the front my playin time is won
Oh but the difficulty is comming... yeah
CHORUS:
Again, the way I strum may be confusing. If it is make up your own.
The chords are G, D, Cmaj7, C (in that order)

I wanted to love you...
And only this time
And only tomorrow leads my way
i'm coming waltzing back and moving into your head please...
VERSE:
I wouldn't pass this by
Oh i wouldn't take more

Let the tears splash all over you

OUTRO:
The outro has an odd strumming patten that I can't understand. Just make up you own. I made one up but you probably can't understand it. Anyway, here it is:
e|10--10--1010-7---7-8---8-8---8-7-7-5---5---5-5-5---5---5-5-5--|
b|-8---8---8-8-8---8-8---8-8---8-8-8-8---8---8-8-7---7---7-7-7--|

d|--------------------------------------------------------------|
a|--------------------------------------------------------------|

The Outro is mainly based off of a G but here are all the chords in the right order:

This musical interpretation has been removed due to a legal threat from Moses & Singer LLP,
representing the National Music Publishers' Association (NMPA) and
The Music Publisher's Association of the United States (MPA).
Unfortunately, these threats are fueled by greed and being masked by a "copyright infringement." They claim tab sites are
"hurting the songwriters," but it's a known fact that the publishing companies garner most of the
revenue. Instead, they would prefer you to purchase the
official DAVE MATTHEWS BAND tablature
which is an option we've always given our users. And due to the highly error-prone nature of tabs on the internet, many choose to go this route.
These companies also do not realize that tablature sites help to promote their artists.
For more information on this onslaught, you can read the
NY Times Article.
We hope one of the larger tablature sites will have the money to fight this. Until then, we urge you all to keep tabbing songs and sharing them in any way you can.
