DISPATCH - "elias" Tablature
Official DISPATCH Tablature & Sheet Music »
There are two ways to play Elias. Chad plays it one way while Pete plays the same chords but most of them are barre chords(but played simulataneously because they are the same chords).
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chad's Part
Intro(twice): A-->E-->D-->F#**-->E
**not sure of the name of this chord but this is what it is: 244XXX OR 244222
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Kasiwa i..." & "Raise your..." & "Honest and Manuel..."
A-->E-->D-->F#**-->E
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"If you die will I get word that you're gone..." & "Hold my hand..." & ENDING (Outro) & "Like A Prayer"
A-->E-->F#-->E-->D
There may be a quick chord played in bewteen the E and D. I am trying to hear if there is. If there is it is either an A or F#. It is so quick that it is not necessary.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bridge-thingy and "I see your wife..."
D-->A-->D-->E

This musical interpretation has been removed due to a legal threat from Moses & Singer LLP,
representing the National Music Publishers' Association (NMPA) and
The Music Publisher's Association of the United States (MPA).
Unfortunately, these threats are fueled by greed and being masked by a "copyright infringement." They claim tab sites are
"hurting the songwriters," but it's a known fact that the publishing companies garner most of the
revenue. Instead, they would prefer you to purchase the
official DISPATCH tablature
which is an option we've always given our users. And due to the highly error-prone nature of tabs on the internet, many choose to go this route.
These companies also do not realize that tablature sites help to promote their artists.
For more information on this onslaught, you can read the
NY Times Article.
We hope one of the larger tablature sites will have the money to fight this. Until then, we urge you all to keep tabbing songs and sharing them in any way you can.
