Verse 1:
Good god have I been dreaming
This paralyzing feeling
Whas I left alone? where have you gone?
Were you somewhere else just sleeping?
Dm A
If I wait to wake you I'll never ask you
Chorus:
Dm A A# C
Would you take my hand in the deepest end
Dm F# A
Would you stay and drown in me
Dm A A# C
Take my hand in the deepest end
D C D
My open eyes see everything
Verse 2:
But I'm passing all the days throught a window pane
And as the seen would change I'd stay the same
This paradice is nothing new
But the paradice gets tired of you
A single conversation stole my attention
Chorus:
Dm A A# C
Would you take my hand in the deepest end
Dm F# A
Would you stay and drown in me
Dm A A# C
Take my hand in the deepest end
Dm F# A
Stay and drown in me
(I don't know the solo)

My open eyes see everything and you see nothing
G F# Dm.
And don't forget it

Take my hand in the deepest end

This musical interpretation has been removed due to a legal threat from Moses & Singer LLP,
representing the National Music Publishers' Association (NMPA) and
The Music Publisher's Association of the United States (MPA).
Unfortunately, these threats are fueled by greed and being masked by a "copyright infringement." They claim tab sites are
"hurting the songwriters," but it's a known fact that the publishing companies garner most of the
revenue. Instead, they would prefer you to purchase the
official FINGER ELEVEN tablature
which is an option we've always given our users. And due to the highly error-prone nature of tabs on the internet, many choose to go this route.
These companies also do not realize that tablature sites help to promote their artists.
For more information on this onslaught, you can read the
NY Times Article.
We hope one of the larger tablature sites will have the money to fight this. Until then, we urge you all to keep tabbing songs and sharing them in any way you can.
