GOOD CHARLOTTE - "little things6" Tablature
Official GOOD CHARLOTTE Tablature & Sheet Music »
Okay heres the deal. My tabs are exact. If you play exactly what I have
written it'll sound great. Punk music is my thang. Rock on!
Intros and prechoruses (the little part after the verse but before
the chorus)
E--------------------------|
B--------------------------|
G-6-6-6--------------------|
D-6-6-6-6-6-5-4-4-4-7-7-2--|
A-4-4-4-6-6-5-4-4-4-7-7-2--|
E-------4-4-3-2-2-2-5-5-0--|
Verses are all just bass, but to throw a little flavor in
there you can play the root notes of the intro chords.
On the last prechorus measure don't play the Em, just continue hitting the
Am (577) until the chorus begins.
Chorus: the chords are strummed several times so just listen for
the exact timing (it's real simple).
E----------------------------|
B----------------------------|
G-6-6-6----------------------|
D-6-6-6-6-6-6-4-4-4-7-7-7-2--|
A-4-4-4-6-6-6-4-4-4-7-7-7-2--|
E-------4-4-4-2-2-2-5-5-5-0--|
Bridge: (the thing after the chorus but before the next verse)
E------------------------------------------|
B------------------------------------------|
G------------------------------------------|
D-4-4-4-7-7-7--4-4-4-7-7-7--4-4-4-7-7-7----|
A-4-4-4-7-7-7--4-4-4-7-7-7--4-4-4-7-7-7----|
E-2-2-2-5-5-5--2-2-4-5-5-5--2-2-2-5-5-5----|
Again on the bridge, the chords are strummed several times so just
listen for the timing.
Okay, there is one tricky part about the bridge chords at the end.
So i'll tab it out here. On the last measure of the first bridge it
goes like this.
E------------------------------------------|
B------------------------------------------|
G------------------------------------------|
D-4-4-4-7-8-9-10-11------------------------|
A-4-4-4-7-8-9-10-11------------------------|
E-2-2-2-5-6-7--8--9------------------------|
You'll notice that once you hit that 9-11-11 at the end, its the same
chord as the beginning of the intro, which then starts as tabbed
earlier. Listen for the song and you'll here it.
For the second bridge however, you don't stop after you hit the
9-11-11, keep going up very fast hitting each chord all the way up
once. After you hit that chord it would be wise to play the rest of the
chords on the A D and G strings starting with the D (5-7-7).
Well thats the whole song. After all the bridges you go back to a final
chorus which is exactly the same as all the others and repeat the intro
a few more times until just the bass and joel's voice close out the
song. A rockin song from what is sure to be a great upcoming punk-pop
band. There'll be more on the way.

This musical interpretation has been removed due to a legal threat from Moses & Singer LLP,
representing the National Music Publishers' Association (NMPA) and
The Music Publisher's Association of the United States (MPA).
Unfortunately, these threats are fueled by greed and being masked by a "copyright infringement." They claim tab sites are
"hurting the songwriters," but it's a known fact that the publishing companies garner most of the
revenue. Instead, they would prefer you to purchase the
official GOOD CHARLOTTE tablature
which is an option we've always given our users. And due to the highly error-prone nature of tabs on the internet, many choose to go this route.
These companies also do not realize that tablature sites help to promote their artists.
For more information on this onslaught, you can read the
NY Times Article.
We hope one of the larger tablature sites will have the money to fight this. Until then, we urge you all to keep tabbing songs and sharing them in any way you can.
