Verse:
A Amaj7
Isn't it weird, isn't it strange
Dmaj7 D6
Even though we're just two strangers on this runaway train
A C#m
We're both trying to find a place in the sun
F#m Em Dmaj7 Amaj7
We've lived in the shadows, but doesn't everyone
Bm E A
Isn't it strange how we all feel a little bit weird sometimes
Isn't it hard, standing in the rain
Yeah you're on the verge of going crazy and your heart's in pain
No one can hear, but you're screaming so loud
You feel like you're all alone in a faceless crowd
Isn't it strange how we all feel a little bit weird sometimes
Bridge:
Dmaj7 Amaj7
Sitting on the side waiting for a sign hoping that my luck will change
Bm C#m
Reaching for a hand that will understand, someone who feels the same
Dmaj7 Amaj7 F#m
When you live in a cookie cutter world being different is a sin
Bm D6 A Amaj7 Dmaj7 D6
So you don't stand out, but you don't fit in Weird.
Sitting on the side waiting for a sign hoping that my luck will change
Reaching for a hand that will understand, someone who feels the same
When you live in a cookie cutter world if you're different you can't win
So you don't stand out, but you don't fit in
A Bm E
Oh isn't it strange, how we all feel a little bit weird
Bm E
Strange, how we all get a little bit
A Bm E A Amaj7
Strange, how we all get a little bit weird sometimes
Dmaj7 D6 A
Oh, just a little bit weird sometimes
-Well, there you go. This isn't how they play it live, but
if you were to play this on the guitar this is how it would
go. It's my new favorite song. Don't forget the capo, or it
will sound all wrong. Enjoy!

This musical interpretation has been removed due to a legal threat from Moses & Singer LLP,
representing the National Music Publishers' Association (NMPA) and
The Music Publisher's Association of the United States (MPA).
Unfortunately, these threats are fueled by greed and being masked by a "copyright infringement." They claim tab sites are
"hurting the songwriters," but it's a known fact that the publishing companies garner most of the
revenue. Instead, they would prefer you to purchase the
official HANSON tablature
which is an option we've always given our users. And due to the highly error-prone nature of tabs on the internet, many choose to go this route.
These companies also do not realize that tablature sites help to promote their artists.
For more information on this onslaught, you can read the
NY Times Article.
We hope one of the larger tablature sites will have the money to fight this. Until then, we urge you all to keep tabbing songs and sharing them in any way you can.
