Oh, I'm back
The fog is lifted
The earth has shifted
It raised the gifted
You knew I'd be back, so pack your bone
And hit the road jack, cause daddy's home
With the funky hot grits
Thick like Al Roker
Pumping out hits, getting chips like Oprah
Bitch I told ya, do not hate
Or question the music I make
(this second gtr riff in chorus)

I make punk rock
And I mix it with the hip hop
Get ya higher than a tree top
You wanna roll with the Kid Rock
I make southern rock
And I mix it with the hip hop
Got money like Fort Knox
I'll forever be the Kid Rock
Forever
The junkies are still cigar pumping
Still the same cause I ain't changed nothing
Huffing and puffing, I got you rookies
All in check doing the red neck boogie
The king is back to retract the wack
Repack my sack with the double fat back
Forget all that, I'm still singing
And like kids on monkey bars, I'm still swinging
Thought I'd get dusty
Thought I'd get rusty
Thought I'd get rich and quit
Oh he must be fat and ugly, broke black and blue
But I'm trim, fit, rich and I'm back for round 2
Red white and the Pabst blue ribbon
Dead right, that's how I'm living
Giving you more than the frauds and fakes
They can't make the kind of music I make
I make punk rock
And I mix it with the hip hop
Get ya higher than a tree top
You wanna roll with the Kid Rock
I make southern rock
And I mix it with the hip hop
Got money like Fort Knox
I'll forever be the Kid Rock
Forever

The black cat is back in original form
The legible, credible, inevitable storm
Way past the norm, still misbehaving
Finger in the air and the flag still waiving
Young one don't test the boss, cause I got this sewn like Betsy Ross
You can floss and front, you can taunt and tease
But you can't fuck with rhymes like these
Thump it like a drum kit with riffs that split picks
Pump it for the kids who twist spliffs and sip fifths
I got the gift, I'm about to unwrap it
Eight ball side pocket, eight ball in my jacket
Pussy and blow, you know how I live
You can't say that kid
Fuck off I just did
Watch me twirl like Earl the Pearl
Or just keep on Kid Rocking in the free world
I make punk rock
And I mix it with the hip hop
Get ya higher than a tree top
You wanna roll with the Kid Rock
I make southern rock
And I mix it with the hip hop
Got money like Fort Knox
I'll forever be the Kid Rock
Forever
Punk rock forever
Hip hop forever
Tree top forever
Kid Rock Yeah
Souther rock forever
Hip Hop forever
Fort Knox forever
Kid Rock forever
Punk rock forever
Hip hop forever
Souther rock forever
Kid Rock forever

This musical interpretation has been removed due to a legal threat from Moses & Singer LLP,
representing the National Music Publishers' Association (NMPA) and
The Music Publisher's Association of the United States (MPA).
Unfortunately, these threats are fueled by greed and being masked by a "copyright infringement." They claim tab sites are
"hurting the songwriters," but it's a known fact that the publishing companies garner most of the
revenue. Instead, they would prefer you to purchase the
official KID ROCK tablature
which is an option we've always given our users. And due to the highly error-prone nature of tabs on the internet, many choose to go this route.
These companies also do not realize that tablature sites help to promote their artists.
For more information on this onslaught, you can read the
NY Times Article.
We hope one of the larger tablature sites will have the money to fight this. Until then, we urge you all to keep tabbing songs and sharing them in any way you can.
