Lonely Road Of Faith
Intro.
C, G, D, x4
C G D
Up and down that lonely road of faith
D
I have been there
C G D
I'm prepared for the storms and the tides that rise
C G D
I've realized one thing, how much I love you
D
And it hurts to see to see you crying
C G D
I believe we can make it through the winds of change,
change
C G D
Wooooo hoooooo
C G D
Wooooo hoooooo
C G D
God is great indeed if you believe
C G
In the ever, yeah we gotta make some sense of the pieces
D
that we found
Oh no, oh no
C G
And if you just hold on, I won't let you fall
D
I won't let you fall, no
C G D
We can make it through the storms and the winds of change,
change, change, change, change
C G D
Wooooo hoooooo
C G D
Wooooo hoooooo
*Break* (and bit of soloing)
Though I walk through the valley of darkness
I am not afraid cause I know I'm not alone
(same as Devil - Em, F#m and A)
And if the wind blows East
Would you follow me
And if the wind blows North
Would you stay your course
And if the wind blows West
Would you second guess
And if it blows to the South
Would you count me out
And if the sun don't shine
Would you still be mine
And if the sky turns gray
Would you walk away
Would you say I do if I say I'll be the walk this road
through life with me
You know I love you
*End of Bridge*
C G D
Wooooo hoooooo
C G D
Wooooo hoooooo
C, G, D
C G D
On this lonely road of faith
C G D
On this lonely road of faith
C, G, D x2
This musical interpretation has been removed due to a legal threat from Moses & Singer LLP,
representing the National Music Publishers' Association (NMPA) and
The Music Publisher's Association of the United States (MPA).
Unfortunately, these threats are fueled by greed and being masked by a "copyright infringement." They claim tab sites are
"hurting the songwriters," but it's a known fact that the publishing companies garner most of the
revenue. Instead, they would prefer you to purchase the
official KID ROCK tablature
which is an option we've always given our users. And due to the highly error-prone nature of tabs on the internet, many choose to go this route.
These companies also do not realize that tablature sites help to promote their artists.
For more information on this onslaught, you can read the
NY Times Article.
We hope one of the larger tablature sites will have the money to fight this. Until then, we urge you all to keep tabbing songs and sharing them in any way you can.
