Superman (Theme from Scrubs)
By DJSeebs
Great Song
First of all, I've never touched a banjo, so I have no clue
on some of the banjo licks and riffs or whatever they are.
Here are the basic chords used, which you can play around
with to give it that 'banjo feeling' if you're using a
guitar.
Also, I couldn't get the solo. It fairly easy, so If anyone wants
to take the time, post it on my corrections.
CHORDS USED (To the best of my knowledge)

Out the door, just in time. Headin' down the 405.
F# B C#
Gotta meet the new boss by 8AM
F# B C#
The phone rings, in the car. The wife is working hard.
F# B C#
She's runnin' late tonight again. Well...
G# C# G# C#
I know what I've been told. Ya gotta work to feed the soul.
Eb C# C G# B C#
But I can't do this all on my own. No, I know. I'm no superman.
I'm no superman.
You've got your love online. You think you're doin' fine.
But your just plugged in to the wall.
And that deck of tarrot cards, won't get you very far.
There ain't no hand to break your fall. Well...
I know what I've been told. You gotta know just when to fold.
But I can't do this all on my own. No, I know. I'm no superman.
I'm no superman.
(That's right)
BRIDGE
G# C# G# C# Eb C# C G# B C#
You've crossed the finish line. Won the race but lost your mind.
Was it worth it afterall?
I need you here with me. Cause love is all we need.
Just take a hold of the hand that breaks the fall.
Well I know what I've been told. Gotta break free to break the mold.
But I can't do this all on my own. No I can't do this all on my own.
I know. That I'm no...
Superman.
I'm no superman.
I'm no superman.
(Someday, we'll be together)
I'm no superman.
(Someday)
(Someday, we'll be together)
(Someday)
I'm no superman.
This musical interpretation has been removed due to a legal threat from Moses & Singer LLP,
representing the National Music Publishers' Association (NMPA) and
The Music Publisher's Association of the United States (MPA).
Unfortunately, these threats are fueled by greed and being masked by a "copyright infringement." They claim tab sites are
"hurting the songwriters," but it's a known fact that the publishing companies garner most of the
revenue. Instead, they would prefer you to purchase the
official LAZLO BANE tablature
which is an option we've always given our users. And due to the highly error-prone nature of tabs on the internet, many choose to go this route.
These companies also do not realize that tablature sites help to promote their artists.
For more information on this onslaught, you can read the
NY Times Article.
We hope one of the larger tablature sites will have the money to fight this. Until then, we urge you all to keep tabbing songs and sharing them in any way you can.
