Song: Rover Take Over
Artist: Lords Of Acid
Album: Farstucker
Tabbed by Kristof Smits
Chorus:
The chorus starts with a nice slide, the 9/12-part is played very quick. =
e---------------------------------------
B---------------------------------------
G----9/12\2-----------------------------
D----9/12\2-----------------------------
A----9/12\2-----------------------------
E---------------------------------------
After this one-second-intermezzo, the fun-part comes along:
(This is my best guess!)
e---------------------------------------
B---------------------------------------
G--------7-7-7--------------------------
D--6-6---7-7-7---8-8-8---7-7-7----------
A--6-6---5-5-5---8-8-8---7-7-7----------
E--4-4-----------6-6-6---5-5-5----------
(played a few times, listen to the song for timing)
Here is the part where 'Lady Acid' stops singing...
play 3 times:
e----------------------------------------
B----------------------------------------
G---------7-7-7--------------------------
D--6-6-6--7-7-7---8-8-8---7-7-7----------
A--6-6-6--5-5-5---8-8-8---7-7-7----------
E--4-4-4----------6-6-6---5-5-5----------
4th time:
e----------------------------------------
B----------------------------------------
G---------7-7-7--------------------------
D--6-6-6--7-7-7---8-8-8---7-7-7---6------
A--6-6-6--5-5-5---8-8-8---7-7-7---6------
E--4-4-4----------6-6-6---5-5-5---4------
That's it...another catchy tune. A real sing-along-song! LOL
Play it and you'll feel good, I swear!
PS: This is all 'my own work'.
This musical interpretation has been removed due to a legal threat from Moses & Singer LLP,
representing the National Music Publishers' Association (NMPA) and
The Music Publisher's Association of the United States (MPA).
Unfortunately, these threats are fueled by greed and being masked by a "copyright infringement." They claim tab sites are
"hurting the songwriters," but it's a known fact that the publishing companies garner most of the
revenue. Instead, they would prefer you to purchase the
official LORDS OF ACID tablature
which is an option we've always given our users. And due to the highly error-prone nature of tabs on the internet, many choose to go this route.
These companies also do not realize that tablature sites help to promote their artists.
For more information on this onslaught, you can read the
NY Times Article.
We hope one of the larger tablature sites will have the money to fight this. Until then, we urge you all to keep tabbing songs and sharing them in any way you can.
