NINE INCH NAILS - "hurt2" Tablature
Official NINE INCH NAILS Tablature & Sheet Music »
My (Clinton Sprain's) Tab.
I noticed some other people put some tab up. It was alright, but kind of
difficult for a novice like myself to play. I tabbed it so it was a little
more clear to read, and a bit easier to play. Tune your guitar to D to play
it on CD (i.e. B-minor), or you can just play in standard E tuning as is, in
C# minor.
For those of you who want to look up chords to go along with my tab, you'll
have to use the conversions, unless your guitar is not in D but the other
guitarist in the room (the one using my tab) is. (Catch all that?) So, if
you're in D, and you want to play more elaborate chords, you'll need to
convert. Got it?
Anyways, I'm going to insult your intelligence now:
B minor is fingered like C#/Db minor
D becomes E
E minor => F#/Gb minor
A => B
G => A
Okay then. Onto the tab.

This musical interpretation has been removed due to a legal threat from Moses & Singer LLP, representing the National Music Publishers' Association (NMPA) and The Music Publisher's Association of the United States (MPA).
Unfortunately, these threats are fueled by greed and being masked by a "copyright infringement." They claim tab sites are "hurting the songwriters," but it's a known fact that the publishing companies garner most of the revenue. Instead, they would prefer you to purchase the official NINE INCH NAILS tablature which is an option we've always given our users. And due to the highly error-prone nature of tabs on the internet, many choose to go this route. These companies also do not realize that tablature sites help to promote their artists.
For more information on this onslaught, you can read the NY Times Article. We hope one of the larger tablature sites will have the money to fight this. Until then, we urge you all to keep tabbing songs and sharing them in any way you can.
