"Exit" -- No Use For A Name
(The intro/outro is just three power chords which, for the life of me, I
can't figure out. D'oh!)
A F C G
Yesterday becomes tomorrow leaves you wanting more
D F C G
So intricate becomes the bathroom floor
A F C G
And even though you're in a ditch you dig a deeper hole
D F G F
And I'm a shovel it's out of my control
C B A
Promised a change didn't hear a word from you don't hold me back
G F G F
The exit isn't somewhere in my heart
C B A G F C B E D G A G F G A A#
A promise of pain... we're back to the start
(there's also some kind of riff that goes, I think:
A------0-2-3----2-3----2-3----2-3------------
E---0---------3------2-----1-------0-0-0-0-1-
The reason that I still persist it's obvious I care
Been waiting by your door with no one there
It seems that you are locked inside my key don't fit no more
And you're walking on the landmines you laid down before
Promised a change...
(Outro)
Note: This is not perfect, OK sue me.

This musical interpretation has been removed due to a legal threat from Moses & Singer LLP,
representing the National Music Publishers' Association (NMPA) and
The Music Publisher's Association of the United States (MPA).
Unfortunately, these threats are fueled by greed and being masked by a "copyright infringement." They claim tab sites are
"hurting the songwriters," but it's a known fact that the publishing companies garner most of the
revenue. Instead, they would prefer you to purchase the
official NO USE FOR A NAME tablature
which is an option we've always given our users. And due to the highly error-prone nature of tabs on the internet, many choose to go this route.
These companies also do not realize that tablature sites help to promote their artists.
For more information on this onslaught, you can read the
NY Times Article.
We hope one of the larger tablature sites will have the money to fight this. Until then, we urge you all to keep tabbing songs and sharing them in any way you can.
