VERSE 4:
like Verse 2 (so it's just the main riff without the lead)
Now I would do most anything...
CHORUS:
It's pretty the same as the previous chorus, but the lead varies a little (it's nothing new). If you listen to the record there won't be any problems I think.
C'est ca.
LYRICS:
Verse 1:
I would say I'm sorry
If I thought that it would change your mind
But I know that this time
I've said too much / Been too unkind
Verse 2:
I would break down at your feet
And beg forgiveness / Plead with you
But I know that it's too late
And now there's nothing I can do
Interlude:
I try to laugh about it
Cover it all up with lies
I try to Laugh about it
Hiding the tears in my eyes ('cause)
Chorus:
Boys don't cry
Boys don't cry
Verse 3:
I would tell you that I loved you
If I thought that you would stay
But I know that it's no use
That you've already gone away
Bridge:
Misjudged your limits
Pushed you too far
Took you for granted
I thought that you needed me more
Verse 4:
Now I would do most anything
To get you back by my side
But I just keep on laughing
Hiding the tears in my eyes ('cause)
Chorus:
Boys don't cry
Boys don't cry
This musical interpretation has been removed due to a legal threat from Moses & Singer LLP, representing the National Music Publishers' Association (NMPA) and The Music Publisher's Association of the United States (MPA).
Unfortunately, these threats are fueled by greed and being masked by a "copyright infringement." They claim tab sites are "hurting the songwriters," but it's a known fact that the publishing companies garner most of the revenue. Instead, they would prefer you to purchase the official OLEANDER tablature which is an option we've always given our users. And due to the highly error-prone nature of tabs on the internet, many choose to go this route. These companies also do not realize that tablature sites help to promote their artists.
For more information on this onslaught, you can read the NY Times Article. We hope one of the larger tablature sites will have the money to fight this. Until then, we urge you all to keep tabbing songs and sharing them in any way you can.
