Subject: Who Cares?.tab by Omnibus
Hey, This is a new song by the band Omnibus from Orlando,FL called Who Cares?.
It sorta has a Nirvana feel to it.
THe rhythm figure goes like this: Bb(4x)-G(4x)-Em(7x)
Bb:799000
G:355000
Em:022000
It does this through the intro and verses.
The chorus goes:Bb(3x)-Em(3x)-G(2x)-A(4x)
A:577000
The bridge is the Bb chord played through two rhythm cycles(15x each cycl.)
with a tempo similar to the part in Aneurysm(Nirvana) where Kurt sings.
When the lyrics kick, it alternates every other line between that
chord and A.
Well, here are the lyrics with the song pattern.
(intro)(rhym. fig. 4x)
(v1)
I don't need anybody
I just want to be alone
I can't hear anybody
Do you know what it feels like to be all alone
(ch)
I still haven't found someone who cares
They kick me around when your not there
My mind tries to hide the fact that I care
But I don't have a mind when your not there
(intro)
(v2)
I can't stand anybody
A good excuse for someone who's alone
I don't have anybody
If you ask me, the choice is my own
(ch)
(v1)
(ch)
(bridge)
(solo) Over rhythm chords of 1 verse
(v2)
(ch)2x
This musical interpretation has been removed due to a legal threat from Moses & Singer LLP,
representing the National Music Publishers' Association (NMPA) and
The Music Publisher's Association of the United States (MPA).
Unfortunately, these threats are fueled by greed and being masked by a "copyright infringement." They claim tab sites are
"hurting the songwriters," but it's a known fact that the publishing companies garner most of the
revenue. Instead, they would prefer you to purchase the
official OMNIBUS tablature
which is an option we've always given our users. And due to the highly error-prone nature of tabs on the internet, many choose to go this route.
These companies also do not realize that tablature sites help to promote their artists.
For more information on this onslaught, you can read the
NY Times Article.
We hope one of the larger tablature sites will have the money to fight this. Until then, we urge you all to keep tabbing songs and sharing them in any way you can.
