Capocity - Powderfinger
of the album internationalist
writtern by Bernard Fanning
I reckon this has to be my faviourite track of the album,
then Belter.I think the solo in this rocks and, yes i have
included the solo, but its very approxamate.
Apart from the solo which is not exactly mind boggling the
rest of the song is pretty easy.
also, there is not a terrible ammont of guitar in this song,
most of it is organ pedals but i've sort of made a strum
along in some parts.
capo on first fret, solo can be played with/or without the capo.
chords;
E Asus2 C B
e-|-0----0----0--0----|
B-|-0----0----1--4----|
G-|-1----2----0--4----|
D-|-2----2----2--4----|
A-|-2----0----3--2----|
E-|-0-----------------|
verse; E & Asus2
Chorus; (We'll Tell Them Nothing) C & Asus2
Also This line
C B
Ever open up
Verse Again
Chorus Again except there are two more "ever open up" parts
stop then...
solo
well here it is but as i said at the start it's very
approxamate so if
you have corrections e-mail me.....p.s the notes in
brackets are played really softly.....
also, i have cramped in the solo so i don't have
to type out tonnes,
sometimes there is big gaps between notes
which are 1cm apart listen
to the song for a guide.
Thanx to Paul Stipack for bits of the solo

well thats Capocity, as i said before i'm not sure about the solo or that riff
after the solo. E-mails would be greatly
appriciated same with corrections, my E-mail is d_colson@stpatricks.tas.edu.au
The solo is probably totally wrong, but its what i came up with :)
this is my first tab so be nice
Tab by Dylan Colson......
This musical interpretation has been removed due to a legal threat from Moses & Singer LLP,
representing the National Music Publishers' Association (NMPA) and
The Music Publisher's Association of the United States (MPA).
Unfortunately, these threats are fueled by greed and being masked by a "copyright infringement." They claim tab sites are
"hurting the songwriters," but it's a known fact that the publishing companies garner most of the
revenue. Instead, they would prefer you to purchase the
official POWDERFINGER tablature
which is an option we've always given our users. And due to the highly error-prone nature of tabs on the internet, many choose to go this route.
These companies also do not realize that tablature sites help to promote their artists.
For more information on this onslaught, you can read the
NY Times Article.
We hope one of the larger tablature sites will have the money to fight this. Until then, we urge you all to keep tabbing songs and sharing them in any way you can.
