G
There's not much time to talk in, all your friends are going to
Em G
walk away. If there was time to talk in, all too soon you'd
Em G
be lost for things to say.
Am G
Don't you know she could break you?
D Am
Every bone that's inside you.
G D Am
Then again she might make you everthing that you want her to.
G B C B
And if you could walk away, where could you go, anyway?
G B C G C
And if you've still got the chance, I know you know you'll stay. Stay
G Em
I don't need your excuses, how you're tired of trying to stay on top.
G Em
So just lie back and enjoy it and save your tears for when the kissing stops,
Em
oh you know it's got to stop.
Am G
Don't you know she could break you?
D Am
Every bone that's inside you.
G D Am
Then again she might make you everthing that you want her to.
G B C B
And if you could walk away, where could you go, anyway?
G B C G C G C G C G
And if you've still got the chance, I know you know you'll stay. Stay. Stay. Stay
This musical interpretation has been removed due to a legal threat from Moses & Singer LLP,
representing the National Music Publishers' Association (NMPA) and
The Music Publisher's Association of the United States (MPA).
Unfortunately, these threats are fueled by greed and being masked by a "copyright infringement." They claim tab sites are
"hurting the songwriters," but it's a known fact that the publishing companies garner most of the
revenue. Instead, they would prefer you to purchase the
official PULP tablature
which is an option we've always given our users. And due to the highly error-prone nature of tabs on the internet, many choose to go this route.
These companies also do not realize that tablature sites help to promote their artists.
For more information on this onslaught, you can read the
NY Times Article.
We hope one of the larger tablature sites will have the money to fight this. Until then, we urge you all to keep tabbing songs and sharing them in any way you can.
