G
Did you ever feel the pain
C
that he felt upon the cross,
D
did you ever feel the knife,
C
tearing flesh that's oh so soft?
Em C
Did you ever touch the night,
Em C
did you ever count the cost,
Em C/G
do you had away the fear
D
put down paradise as lost?
G D C
Yeah, you're blinded by rainbows,
G D C
watching the wind blow,
G D C
blinded by rainbows,
Em
do you dream at night,
do you sleep at night,
C
I doubt it...
G
Did you ever feel the blast
C
as the semtex bomb goes off,
D
do you ever hear the screams,
C
as the limbs are all torn off?
G
Did you ever kiss the child,
C
who just saw his father shot,
D
do you ever shed a tear,
C
as the war drags on and on?
Em C
Do you ever touch the night,
Em C
is it just another job(?),
Em C/G
do you feel the final hours
D
put down paradise as lost?
G D C
Hey, you're blinded by rainbows,
G D C
and faces in windows,
G D C
blinded by rainbows,
Em
do you dream at night,
do you sleep at night,
C
I doubt it...
Em C
Do you ever fear the night,
Em C
could it be the war is lost
Em C/G
do you fear the final hour,
D
do you near before the cross?
G D C
You're blinded by rainbows,
G D C
watching the wind blow,
G D C
blinded by rainbows,
Em
do you dream at night,
do you scream at night,
C
do you smell the fear,
is your conscience clear,
Em
do you kick(?) and sweat,
and your clothes are wet,
C
do you see the light,
is the end in sight,
Em
see the face of Christ,
and the paradise,
C
I doubt it...
Enjoy the song!

This musical interpretation has been removed due to a legal threat from Moses & Singer LLP,
representing the National Music Publishers' Association (NMPA) and
The Music Publisher's Association of the United States (MPA).
Unfortunately, these threats are fueled by greed and being masked by a "copyright infringement." They claim tab sites are
"hurting the songwriters," but it's a known fact that the publishing companies garner most of the
revenue. Instead, they would prefer you to purchase the
official ROLLING STONES tablature
which is an option we've always given our users. And due to the highly error-prone nature of tabs on the internet, many choose to go this route.
These companies also do not realize that tablature sites help to promote their artists.
For more information on this onslaught, you can read the
NY Times Article.
We hope one of the larger tablature sites will have the money to fight this. Until then, we urge you all to keep tabbing songs and sharing them in any way you can.
