STAIND: HOME
BY: ANDREW SLATER
Well yesterday September 15th I decided to learn this song and there =
were so many wrong parts to each version I hated it , (especially the =
verse) so I decided to make my own version of the song and I fixed up a =
lot of parts and I got multiple versions of ways to play the verse. In =
some other version the tuning was Bb Gb Db Ab Db Ab but I wrote the tab =
so that people with 6 strings and people that play in bands and they =
don't fell like tuning every f'n string can just drop D.

At the end of the song just play the chorus still distorted but with the =
volume controls tuned down to 5 or lower on the guitar
I think this version will fix a lot of problems and I usually play with =
verse version 1,2,or 3 version 4 is there if you stink and cant play the =
other three but bye-bye 4 now you can IM me on Aol or aim at =
Theguitarboy31 or mail me at mcgreater@hotmail.com=20
This musical interpretation has been removed due to a legal threat from Moses & Singer LLP,
representing the National Music Publishers' Association (NMPA) and
The Music Publisher's Association of the United States (MPA).
Unfortunately, these threats are fueled by greed and being masked by a "copyright infringement." They claim tab sites are
"hurting the songwriters," but it's a known fact that the publishing companies garner most of the
revenue. Instead, they would prefer you to purchase the
official STAIND tablature
which is an option we've always given our users. And due to the highly error-prone nature of tabs on the internet, many choose to go this route.
These companies also do not realize that tablature sites help to promote their artists.
For more information on this onslaught, you can read the
NY Times Article.
We hope one of the larger tablature sites will have the money to fight this. Until then, we urge you all to keep tabbing songs and sharing them in any way you can.
