Standing Here
E A
I'm standing on a hilltop
A hundred miles from home
I can see the light surrounds me
I want you to show me around
E
I'm standing here
A
I really don't think you could know that
B E
I'm in heaven when you smile
(SAME AS ABOVE)
I'm drifting through the city
I'm swinging from a tree
I can touch, but you can't feel me
You hear me as you sleep
E
I'm standing here
A
I really don't think you could know that
B E A
I'm in heaven when you smile
B E
And I'm everywhere
A
I really don't think you could know that
B E
I'm in heaven when you smile
But I don't think you think like I do
No matter how how hard I try
I always thought I'd have the answer
Let me tell you what I've got
I'm looking through your window
I might just have the key
Over me my free-fall baby
You hear me as you speak
I'm standing here
I really don't think you could know that
I'm in heaven when you smile
I'm standing here
I really don't think you could know that
I'm in heaven when you smile
But I'm everywhere
I really don't think you could know that
I'm in heaven when you smile
But I don't think you think like I do
No matter how how hard I try
I always thought I had the answers
B
Let me tell you what I've got
A
Oh let it rot I made them stop
B
I couldn't park the juggernaut in your mouth
A B
And I can feel the hurricane when you shout
A B
I should be safe forever in your arms
I should be safe forever in your arms
Who could park the juggernaut in your mouth?
And I can feel the hurricane when you shout
I should be safe forever in your arms
I should be safe forever in your arms
PICK THE END (I THINK USING THE A AND B CHORDS PICKING THE A-B-G STRINGS
IN THAT ORDER OR SOMETHING SIMILAR)

This musical interpretation has been removed due to a legal threat from Moses & Singer LLP,
representing the National Music Publishers' Association (NMPA) and
The Music Publisher's Association of the United States (MPA).
Unfortunately, these threats are fueled by greed and being masked by a "copyright infringement." They claim tab sites are
"hurting the songwriters," but it's a known fact that the publishing companies garner most of the
revenue. Instead, they would prefer you to purchase the
official STONE ROSES tablature
which is an option we've always given our users. And due to the highly error-prone nature of tabs on the internet, many choose to go this route.
These companies also do not realize that tablature sites help to promote their artists.
For more information on this onslaught, you can read the
NY Times Article.
We hope one of the larger tablature sites will have the money to fight this. Until then, we urge you all to keep tabbing songs and sharing them in any way you can.
