SUGARCULT - "hate every beautiful day" Tablature
Official SUGARCULT Tablature & Sheet Music »
This is my first try at tabbing a song, so i pulled it all off by ear.. sorry if its off but
it sounds damned right to me.
intro:
(note, the intro is actually being done with two guitars, so if you have 2 people split the
initial chord hit to one guitar, and the 6 to 4 on the D string with the other guitar. however
if your like me and are all alone, this works fine too. Just gotta get the fingerring fast
enough)
E-----------------|-----------------|-----------------|-----------------|
B-----------------|-----------------|-----------------|-----------------|
G-----------------|-----------------|--4--4-----------|--6--6-----------| x4 except the fourth
D--6---6---6---4--|---2---2--6--4---|--4--4----6---4--|--6--6--6\4/6----| time at the end just
A--6---6----------|---2---2---------|--2--2-----------|--4--4-----------| do 4/6 and then hold

E---4-------------|---0-------------|-----------------|-----------------| one by one to give the
soft feeling.

Intro: (second 2 times through)
Riff 1:
Faces in the crowd fake smiles, for miles my imitations blown
open, again again
trapped inside this cheap motel, what is hell turning the
channels on, my head, my bed
Riff 2:
i can feel a change i can feel can you feel it?
sit on the street watching heat from the pavement
cause im here ready to take it
all here, everything feeling
unclear, i wish it was raining
Riff 3:
cuz i hate every beautiful day
etc etc, the song goes on and has some more complicated things with the electric guitar,
but since im tabbing this on an acoustic ir eally have no idea what effects they are using,
but overall the song uses the same basic 4 chord set. Keep using it and figure it out yourself.

This musical interpretation has been removed due to a legal threat from Moses & Singer LLP,
representing the National Music Publishers' Association (NMPA) and
The Music Publisher's Association of the United States (MPA).
Unfortunately, these threats are fueled by greed and being masked by a "copyright infringement." They claim tab sites are
"hurting the songwriters," but it's a known fact that the publishing companies garner most of the
revenue. Instead, they would prefer you to purchase the
official SUGARCULT tablature
which is an option we've always given our users. And due to the highly error-prone nature of tabs on the internet, many choose to go this route.
These companies also do not realize that tablature sites help to promote their artists.
For more information on this onslaught, you can read the
NY Times Article.
We hope one of the larger tablature sites will have the money to fight this. Until then, we urge you all to keep tabbing songs and sharing them in any way you can.
