TYPE O NEGATIVE - "Die With Me" Tablature
Official TYPE O NEGATIVE Tablature & Sheet Music »
Type-O tuning from low to high (B,E,A,D,F#,B)
This song is played with a 12-string on the album.
{ Ok, here are the chords, which are actually nothing more than
root/5th or root/3rd plus the drown. Or to put is simpler,
basic power chords, plus a couple of high/top string notes
that are (almost) constantly the same {(0)33}
This sounds probably stupid, but maybe nice to know:
the drown-position is the same as for example songs like
"Disarm" - Smashing Pumpkins and "Wonderwall" - Oasis.
}
G = 320033 (I know most of these chords should have a
C = x32033 subname, for example C is actually Cadd9 and
F = 133033 A is actually A7sus4, but that *** don't
E = 022033 matter.
Bb= x13333 )
A = 002033
D = x00233
{ The song starts out with some randomly picking strings at the
guitars head (above 0-fret). [sounds like a ***ed-up harp]
}
{ Intro => same chords as in verse. }
{Verse}

This musical interpretation has been removed due to a legal threat from Moses & Singer LLP,
representing the National Music Publishers' Association (NMPA) and
The Music Publisher's Association of the United States (MPA).
Unfortunately, these threats are fueled by greed and being masked by a "copyright infringement." They claim tab sites are
"hurting the songwriters," but it's a known fact that the publishing companies garner most of the
revenue. Instead, they would prefer you to purchase the
official TYPE O NEGATIVE tablature
which is an option we've always given our users. And due to the highly error-prone nature of tabs on the internet, many choose to go this route.
These companies also do not realize that tablature sites help to promote their artists.
For more information on this onslaught, you can read the
NY Times Article.
We hope one of the larger tablature sites will have the money to fight this. Until then, we urge you all to keep tabbing songs and sharing them in any way you can.
